I really enjoy my IPOD. It does what it needs to and makes for good conversations. Recently, found myself proned to more videos and wanted to download AVI files. The IPOD lacks this feature and I wasn't able to get some of my files. I believe Apple Inc. is working on a solution and hopefully look forward to an updated patch on their website. The player scratches easily so BE CAREFUL!!! Treat it like it was your only child. Found myself watching my IPOD more than taking care of my wife. Which isn't too bad if you think about it!
